Security infrastructure
Your data sits on Microsoft’s infrastructure, which invests billions a year in cyber security and is monitored around the clock by thousands of security specialists. Data is encrypted both at rest and in transit; DDoS protection and threat intelligence are handled at the cloud layer.
Geo-redundancy & disaster recovery
An earthquake, a fire or a hardware failure does not cost you your data. Data is kept geo-redundant across data centers in different regions; if the primary data center has a problem, the system keeps running from a backup center.
Automatic scaling
As your business grows you don’t have to invest in servers. On Azure, resources increase automatically when your user count rises and decrease when demand falls.
Azure SLA assurance
The “power went out, the disk failed” kind of outage you get with local servers doesn’t happen in the cloud. Qera ERP runs on Microsoft Azure’s infrastructure, which comes with an availability (SLA) assurance.

One identity, one experience
Integration with Microsoft products
Qera works alongside Microsoft 365. Users sign in with their corporate Microsoft identity, and reporting and AI use the same infrastructure.
Entra ID (single sign-on / SSO)
Your users don’t have to memorize a separate password to access Qera. They sign in securely with single sign-on (SSO) using their existing corporate Microsoft identities (Entra ID, formerly Azure Active Directory). When an employee leaves, the moment you disable their Microsoft account their Qera access is cut off too.
Live reporting with Power BI & Excel
You connect Microsoft Power BI and Excel directly to your data on Azure. Reports use current ERP data, with no exports to manage.
Secure AI with Azure OpenAI
Qera uses Azure OpenAI Service to analyze your data. Your data stays in your own tenant, is not used to train general AI models and does not leave it.
